Our normal size bars are one inch thick. Your sample bars will be roughly a half inch thick. (abnormal cuts). You will recieve two samples (packers choice) from each of the four collections, totaling 8 half bars. Each bar will have ingredients on label.
Pending sample, total Ingredients include: Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Sodium Hydroxide (Lye), Fragrance Oil, Mica Colorant, Oat Milk, Natural Clays
Returns & Refunds. We want you to love your soap! If you need to return a damaged, broken, or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and order number. Due to the personal and hygiene nature of soap, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or use. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
Customers must contact Country Bathworks within 14 days of receiving their soap. Returns depend on one or more of the following conditions:
✅ Damaged product — soap arrives broken, crushed, melted, or leaking
✅ Defective — unusual smell, incorrect color, or formulation issue
❌ Change of mind (often not eligible) — since soap is a hygiene product
❌ Used soap (unless unusable due to defect)
Proof is Required
To approve a return/refund, Country Bathworks will need:
📸 A photo of the damaged/defective soap
🧾 Order confirmation number or receipt
Refund Options
Refunds are offered in one of these ways:
Full refund (original payment method)
Partial refund (especially if part of a set was fine)
Store credit only
Return Shipping
Customer pays return cost
Country Bathworks will pay only if item is damaged/defective and there is proof
Shipping Time Considerations
Shipping delays don’t count as defects unless product arrives damaged.
Because handmade soap is perishable and unique, expiration of delivery estimates alone does not qualify for a refund.”
Hygiene & Safety Awareness
Because soap is a product that touches skin & body,
⚠️ Returned soaps must be unused and sealed⚠️ No returns on opened soap unless damage is evident.
We carefully package and ship each order to ensure your handmade soaps arrive safely and beautifully.
Processing Time:Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume seasons or special releases, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods:Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your package ships. Delivery times vary based on location but generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
Warm Weather Shipping:During hotter months, we take extra care when shipping to prevent melting or sweating. While we package with insulation when necessary, we are not responsible for melting due to extreme temperatures once the package leaves our hands.
Shipping Costs:Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Incorrect Addresses:Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. For lost packages, please first check with your local carrier. We are happy to help file a claim when needed.
